£95.23 – £98.67 per day

Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in the Castle Vale area.

Job requirements:
• Experience in Early Years and SEND provision
• Knowledge of Autism and communication needs
• Ability to use a range of communication strategies
• Positive attitude and strong teamworking skills

Role responsibilities:
• Support pupils in Early Years and KS1 resource base classes
• Promote play-based learning and communication development
• Assist children with Autism and sensory needs
• Help deliver inclusive and engaging learning experiences
